Responsibilities:

Acts as liaison for all laboratories for ordering supplies, ensures best pricing, and tracks orders. Ordering and inventory of all office supplies. Reconciliation of credit card statements for several faculty members. Verifies that orders have posted to the proper departmental or grant budget. Maintains well-organized and easily accessible files for orders and credit card statements.
