Responsibilities:

Responsible for all aspects of grant submissions as well as ongoing administrative tasks related to tracking and periodic reviews for the Drexel Institute for Biotechnology and Virology Research. Assists Director with personnel matters relating to posting new jobs, paperwork for new hires, faculty appointments/promotions, timesheets and other ongoing personnel issues. Handles various financial matters, including purchasing card reconciliation, purchase order approval and ongoing monitoring of accounts. Coordinates various functions and projects within the facility. Supervises office and facility staff.
