Responsibilities:

Handles all aspects of finances, including management of both department and grant budgets. Oversees departmental human resource needs, including processing new hire paperwork and performance evaluations. Manages visa requests. Oversees management of facilities, including equipment service contracts, logging of all major equipment, and space surveys. Acts as a representative on all aspects of moves and renovations.
