Drexel University Internal Medicine offers Primary Care practices concentrating on preventive medicine, disease risk reduction and illness management. The practices are comprised of physicians who are Drexel University College of Medicine faculty members, board certified in Internal Medicine.

All of our physicians are extensively trained and specialize in the diagnosis, evaluation and management of routine and complex adult diseases. We emphasize the importance of disease prevention as a critical component of patient care. At Drexel University College of Medicine, our skilled physicians are on the cutting edge of research and provide training to the next generation of physicians.

Excellent patient care is our most important concern. We care for patients with common or complex health problems. Special attention is given to the management and prevention of heart disease, high blood pressure and cholesterol, diabetes, arthritis and cancer detection.

Access to state-of-the-art technology and research provides additional resources for the diagnosis and treatment of complicated and uncommon diseases. For health issues requiring specialist care, we coordinate medical care with the physician specialist and facilitate prompt referrals. We seek to maintain long-term physician-patient relationships in order to provide ongoing personalized care.
