This 183-bed hospital provides a wide range of pediatric medical and surgical specialties through its affiliation with Drexel University College of Medicine(TM). It includes major centers of clinical excellence in organ transplantation (heart, liver and kidney), neonatal intensive care, burn treatment, cystic fibrosis and pulmonary disease, cardiology, dialysis, neurosciences, ambulatory surgery; emergency medicine; cleft lip and palate, craniofacial surgery, dentistry, child psychiatry, radiology and laboratory medicine.

Cafeteria Hours
The cafeteria at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children is located in the lower level of the hospital.

In addition, there is a vending machine area located across from the cafeteria which contains a change machine and microwave oven.

The cafeteria hours are:

  • Breakfast: 7 to 9:30 a.m. (7:30 to 9:30 a.m. on weekends, continental breakfast only)
  • Lunch: 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (11:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. on weekends)
  • Dinner: 4 to 6:30 p.m. (4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on weekends)
  • Night Service: 10:30 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Gift Shop
Located in the hospital's main lobby, the Gift Shop offers a large selection of personal and gift items, cards, crafts, toys and games, books and magazines, snacks and stamps. It is open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and weekends from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
