Discovery Day 2008 Information
All posters submitted for printing after September 26 at noon will be printed on a first-come, first-served basis. We will try our best to have them printed before Discovery Day (October 15), however we experience a very high volume at this time of year and can not guarantee this so please try to submit your posters as early as possible.
Academic Publishing services (text editing and layout) and the Center for Scientific Communication and Outreach (formatting and printing) are available to help create and print your Discovery Day poster.
Please submit text to Academic Publishing Services for editing and layout no later than October 10 (the Friday before). APS will handle all posters in order of receipt.
Payment is due at the time of pickup in the form of department fund/org codes, cash or check. Credit cards are not accepted. A $20 rush charge will be applied to posters needed in under 24 hours. Price is based on delivery time of the final version of the poster.
All posters must be picked up from New College Building, Room 18302. Delivery to Queen Lane is available upon request for a $10 charge. Posters will need to be picked up from Room G46 at Queen Lane Campus from 8am to 9am on Discovery Day, October 15.
A PowerPoint template for the 40x48 size can be found here. Inside it are Drexel and Drexelmed approved logos. We have been asked that no posters contain the Drexelmed 'Studium Et Inventio' Seal, so please refrain from using it on your posters.
