Dr. Babalola is board certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. His interests include hypertension in the African American population and medical education. Dr. Babalola was born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria.

 

Research

Dr. Babalola conducts research on the multi-hormonal influence on development of hypertension in African-American patients.

Teaching

Dr. Babalola is an assistant professor of medicine and associate program director of the Internal Medicine Residency Program. He won the Golden Apple Award for best teaching as a medical resident and he continues to teach medical residents bedside procedural skills as a faculty member.
