Patient Care

Dr. Deboo specializes in the diagnosis and care of patients with diseases of the nerves and muscles, including conditions such as ALS or motor neuron disease, polyneuropathies, myasthenia gravis, and myopathies.  She is a co-director of the MDA-ALS Center of Hope which offers a multidisciplinary approach to the care of people living with motor neuron disease and muscular dystrophy.  She is also director of the Hahnemann University Hospital Electromyography Laboratory.

She is board certified in neurology, clinical neurophysiology, and electrodiagnostic medicine.

Research

Dr. Deboo has been a co-investigator in numerous clinical trials in ALS and diabetic polyneuropathy.

Teaching

Dr. Deboo has been a member of Drexel's faculty since 2002 where she is director of the Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship program. She is co-director of the MDA-ALS Center of Hope.
