David Tabby was born in Philadelphia. He graduated from Princeton University in 1980 with a degree in population biology. He earned his osteopathic medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1984. He completed his neurology residency at Thomas Jefferson under Robert Schwartzman, M.D., in 1988, where he served as chief resident. He was in private practice in Philadelphia for 14 years. He is currently an associate professor and directs the neurology clerkship and the residents’ clinic. He is interested in treating patients with migraine and multiple sclerosis. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Neurology.
