Biography
Laura Phillips Bamford, M.D. received her medical degree at Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia, Pa., and her internal residency at Columbia University Medical Center, New York, N.Y. She completed a fellowship in infectious diseases and a masters of science in clinical epidemiology at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, Pa.

Dr. Bamford is conversant in Spanish and her clinical and research interests include caring for HIV+ women and rapid HIV testing in the emergency department. She sees patients at the Partnership Comprehensive Care Practice.
