Biography

Mahmoud Ghaderi, D.O., FAOCO Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, and Facial Plastics Residency Program Director; Clinical Associate Professor PCOM, Adjunct Associate Professor Drexel University School of Medicine.

As an otolaryngologist, Dr. Mahmoud “Max” Ghaderi spends a great deal of his time in clinical practice with a broad scope of ear, nose and throat pathology. While serving as the residency program director at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, he takes pride in contributing to the otolaryngology training of 15 residents from PGY1 to PGY5 levels. He is also actively serving as the chairman of regional representatives in the board of governors of American Osteopathic College of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery. Teaching in a didactic program for residents and medical students, conducting clinical research, and serving as a member of the editorial board for ENT Journal are among his many academic engagements. Dr. Ghaderi’s fellowship in otolaryngic allergy and sinus diseases has allowed him to develop a unique and strong otolaryngic allergy educational curriculum for the medical students and post graduate trainees.
