Tina Rader, MHS, PA(ASCP)^CM, MT(ASCP), is an assistant professor, and serves as co-director of the Master of Science in Histotechnology and Pathologists' Assistant (PathA) programs.

The majority of Ms. Rader’s time is spent working with the PathA program. She is involved in reviewing applications and interviewing candidates. She teaches Medical Terminology, Laboratory Management and Applied Anatomic Pathology as well as laboratory sessions for the Histotechnology and Applied Anatomic Pathology courses to the first-year students. She is also the coordinator for the Biomedical Photography course.

She oversees the scheduling of the clinical rotation sites for the second year (clinical year) of the PathA program.

Ms. Rader is also involved in the Master of Science in Histotechnology program, having helped in the development of the curriculum and course content.
 
She is an active member of the American Association of Pathologists’ Assistants, the American Society for Clinical Pathology/Board of Certification, and the Pathologists’ Assistant Certification Examination Committee.
