Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Director of the Institute for Molecular Medicine and Infectious Disease and members of the Center for Molecular Virology and Neuroimmunology to include administrative support for the development and processing of research grant applications, training grant applications, meeting grant applications and externally funded multi-investigator research programs, assistance with preparation and submission of abstracts and publications, administrative support for the development of visibility and advertisement strategies for the Institute, coordination of travel arrangements for the Institute Director and members of the Center, coordination of the Viral Pathogenesis Module of the Molecular Pathogenesis Course and the Advanced Virology Course, coordination of special events including symposiums and Institute seminars, coordination of activities between the Department of Microbiology and Immunology and the Institute, composition of correspondence for the Director's signature, processing of payroll time records for individuals within the Center, maintenance of the schedule for the Center conference room, and ordering of office supplies for the Center.
