Responsibilities:

Assist Department Chair with administrative assignments including scheduling of appointments, coordination of workshops, preparation of Annual Report, and reconciliation of monthly credit card statement. Preparation of all materials related to faculty appointments and promotions. Assist Department Administrator with personnel issues, such as posting of new jobs and new hire paperwork.
