900 people attend event which also honored Nicholas DeBenedictis and Manuel Stamatakis
Philadelphia, PA (October 24, 2011) More than 900 people danced the night away to the music of 2011 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee Darlene Love at Drexel University College of Medicine's Black Tie/White Coat Ball. The event, held Saturday, October 22 at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown, raised $717,250 for research into the prevention, treatment, and cure of Alzheimer's disease and related memory disorders.

Philadelphia, PA (October 17, 2011) Drexel University College of Medicine will host its highly anticipated Black Tie/White Coat Ball Saturday, October 22 at 6 p.m. at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown, 1201 Market Street. The event will be a fun-filled evening of music, dinner and dancing, featuring a concert by 2011 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee Darlene Love. Proceeds from the fundraiser will benefit research into the prevention, treatment, and cure of Alzheimer's disease and related memory disorders.
