Skin Care

Dr. Abdelmalek is assistant professor and chief of the Division of Laser and Dermatologic Surgery of the Dermatology Department. He performs a specialized surgical technique for the removal of skin cancer called Mohs surgery. He also performs a unique staged-excision procedure for the removal of certain types of melanoma. Dr. Abdelmalek is a medical journalist and actively contributes to ABC News reports. He is fluent in Arabic.

Skin Care and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Dr. Chung's areas of expertise include the treatment of ethnic skin, cosmetic dermatology and women's health. She has worked with the Drexel Medicine Center for Women's Health to research dermatologic conditions specific to women. She is fluent in Spanish and Korean.
