By adhering to the following guidelines, you will help reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Postal Regulations
The United States Postal Service (USPS) has certain requirements that must be met in order to avoid expensive reprinting or postage costs.
Addresses must list the most important information from "bottom up" as shown:

Mailing of 200 Items or Less
Small quantity projects are not processed through the automated postal system. However, they still need to conform to USPS regulations.
Envelope/BRE/Postcard
Basic information regarding outer envelope, business reply envelope (BRE) and postcard design specifications are shown here. Envelope Face
The logo and your property address must be shown, in order to receive your own returned mail. They cannot extend down from the top of the envelope further than 2 3/4".
The logo must be 5/8" from the left side of the envelope, and the return address left-justified beneath the logo.
Indicia for postage-paid envelopes must be placed 1/4" from the top and right edge. Indicia block measures 1" wide x 3/4" deep.
The Bar Code Clearance Area must measure 5/8" up from the bottom edge and extend 4 3/4" from the bottom-right-hand corner of the envelope. Mailing address to be listed with important information "from the bottom up."

Postcards
To qualify for USPS discounted rates, all postcards must meet the following measurements:
- Minimum Size: 5" w x 3 1/2" h
- Maximum Size: 6" w x 4 1/2" h
Postcards not receiving discounts must still meet the following measurements:
- Minimum Size: 5" w x 3 1/2" h
- Maximum Size: 11 1/2" w x 6 1/8" h
