Dr. Eugene Hong on Concussions

Dr. Hong is a leading authority on concussions, sports-injury prevention, and cardiac issues in athletes. His research on proper helmet fitting techniques in preventing concussions among high school football players was published in the American College of Sports Medicine’s journal Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise. Dr. Hong is chief of the Division of Sports Medicine and associate professor and chair, Department of Family, Community & Preventive Medicine. He practices at Drexel University Physicians at Manayunk and Drexel Family Medicine Associates in Warminster.
