The purpose of the ELUM Advisory Group is to work with ELAM staff to guide successful program planning, community building and fundraising among ELAM alumnae. This guidance is essential to promote creative, meaningful alumnae functions. Ultimately, the group serves the mission of ELAM to increase the number and impact of women in leadership in academic medicine, dentistry and public health. The group will be active in three main areas:
- Program planning: Assisting with organizing and delivering high-quality programs for alumnae networking and advanced leadership development.
- Community building: Utilizing various media to share relevant information and promote networking and connectivity among ELAM alumnae.
- Fundraising and stewardship: Assisting with raising funds through contributions from individuals and organizations to support activities and events that sustain the alumnae community.
