ELAM Career Services - Job Postings & Resource Lists
ELAM welcomes position announcements for our biweekly alumnae e-newsletter, ELAM Edge. The Edge reaches over 700 program graduates and current fellows, all senior-faculty level women at over 180 academic health centers and organizations internationally. These newsletters are archived online for eight weeks.
Additionally, ELAM can prepare a resource list of program graduates for consideration as candidates or sources for others' names for senior-level positions.
ELAM Edge E-newsletter
The ELAM Edge is an alumnae e-newsletter with senior-level job positions, ELAM and alumnae news, and other resources and information that is circulated every other week to the graduates of the ELAM program.
The past four editions of the ELAM Edge are available online.
The cost for a one-time inclusion of a position in the biweekly email and an eight-week posting on our website is $400. The cost per requested resource candidate list is $750. Request a position posting AND a resource list together and receive both for $1,000.
Submission Instructions
To submit a position for consideration, or to request a resource list, please send an email to ELAMjobs@Drexelmed.edu.
Payment must be received by Monday at midnight for inclusion in that Thursday's e-newsletter; positions will not be posted until full payment is received.
Please note that we post only senior-level positions, i.e., only those positions that ELAM graduates might seek for themselves or peers at their institutions, such as department chair or major division chief, associate dean or higher. Announcements may be in the form of a Word or PDF document, text within the body of an email message, or a link to a website where the position can be found.

Search Firms
Executive search firms that join the Executive Development Council (EDC) are entitled to an unlimited number of position postings and resource lists for FREE. Annual EDC membership is $4,000, which includes additional benefits.
Institutions
Institutions that become ELAM Sustaining Members are entitled to an unlimited number of position postings and resource lists for FREE. Annual membership is $3,000, which includes additional benefits.
Additional membership benefits include recognition in publications and on the ELAM website.
