Katie Gleason joined ELAM in 2006 and serves as assistant director, ELATE and associate director, ICELA Evaluation. She is responsible for assisting in the development of the new Executive Leadership in Academic Technology and Engineering Program for senior academic women in engineering, computer science and technology, scheduled to open with its first class in 2012 and for drafting and managing evaluation across all ICELA programs.
Katie has an MPH from Boston University and a BA from Smith College. She brings to ELAM a broad base of experience that includes work in community, foundation and research settings. Additionally Katie has worked in a wide range of geographic locales including West Africa, the U.S.-Mexico border region, the midwest and, most recently, the mid-Atlantic.
