Laura Lynch began working for the ELAM program in 2006. As the program manager, she is responsible for assisting fellows in all aspects of their fellowship year, from applying to the programs to the transition to becoming an alumna. Laura also works with the director of alumnae programming with organizing materials for ELUM events and career development programs.
She is a central contact for ELAM; you may contact her with any questions and she will direct you to the right place.
Laura has a BS in communication from Drexel University. She has extensive administrative and customer service experience. Prior to coming to Drexel University College of Medicine, Laura worked for a large health care system in Southeastern Pennsylvania in compliance.

ELAM is a core program of the Institute for Women's Health and Leadership at Drexel University College of Medicine, Philadelphia, Pa. The Institute continues the legacy of advancing women in medicine that began in 1850 with the founding of the Female Medical College of Pennsylvania, the nation's first women's medical school and a predecessor of today's Drexel University College of Medicine.
