
All applicants must be at least a sophomore in college and on a pre-med track.
Where to Stay
Residential accommodations are available; it is the responsibility of the participant to contact stiles@drexel.edu directly. Stiles Hall offers 2- or 3-bedroom furnished apartments and is very accessible to the hospital. Sharing the apartment unit is a possibility.
Tuition
$1,500.00 ($500.00 application fee included)
If residential accommodations are required an additional $40.00 fee per night will be applied assuming space is available. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the room.
How to Register

$500.00 application fee - fully refundable if no space is available or applicant does not meet requirements for acceptance.

Recommendation form from college advisor.

Submit a 500 word personal statement and describe what your outside interests are, why you wish to become a physician and what you hope to gain from the program.

Character reference letter from someone other than a family member who has known you at least 3 years.
Step Two:

You will receive a confirmation letter and registration packet. This packet includes acceptance form, health immunization requirements, and housing information.
Step Three:

To secure your space, the acceptance form must be received by Mini-Medical School within 5-7 days. If housing is necessary, the 25% deposit is due to graduate housing at this time.
Step Four:
Due 4 weeks prior to start date.

$1,000.00 balance due

If residential accommodations were requested, remaining non-refundable balance is due to graduate housing.
To guarantee space, Step Four requirements must be COMPLETED AND RECEIVED four weeks prior to session start date.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing.

$500.00 application fee will not be refunded if requested within 30 days of start date.

$1000.00 balance is refunded solely at the discretion of the Mini-Med Spring Break™ program.

If housing option is selected, the deposit and payment in full are non-refundable.

No refund is given for a participant who is asked to leave the program for the use or possession of drugs or alcohol or whose conduct is detrimental to the program. These decisions are at the sole discretion of Mini-Med Spring Break™ program.
