Mini-Medical School offers seven distinctly different medical education programs. All programs are open to community members interested in expanding their medical knowledge.

  • Mini-Med Summer Camp®
Mini-Med Summer Camp® is a unique, five-week program open to academically gifted high school students with an interest in pursuing a career as a physician. This program will expose the students to clinical, didactic and research aspects of medicine.

  • Mini-Med Spring Break™
Mini-Med Spring Break™ is a one-week program open to college students anticipating medical school. The participant will experience a medical education as seen through the eyes of 3rd- and 4th-year medical students during their clinical rotations in the hospital and clinical practices.

  • Mini-Med Doc for a Day™
Mini-Med Doc for a Day™ is a fantastic opportunity to live out your dream. Open to the adult who is looking to experience a day-in-the-physician's life.

  • The Mini-Med Experience™
The Mini-Med Experience™ is offered to Princeton University pre-med students and is specific to the needs of the university.

  • Surgical Immersion Program
The Surgical Immersion Program is offered to physicians who have graduated from a medical school outside of the United States. Please e-mail mlee@drexelmed.edu for further information.

  • Mini-Med for the Pre-Med
Mini-Med for the Pre-Med is offered to college students on the pre-med track or others who may be considering applying to medical school in the near future. In this fun and relaxed environment you will listen to lectures, partipate in labs and interact with 4th year medical students. Each evening is designed to give you the opportunity to better understand what to expect while in medical school and better prepare you for the process ahead.
