Thank you for agreeing to submit a nomination on behalf of your institution's ELAM candidate. Nominations must be submitted by the Dean (of the Medical, Dental or Public Health School) or the CEO (of the university, health sciences center, teaching hospital), or by someone acting on an interim basis in either of these positions. Nominations must be received in the ELAM office no later than 10:00am (EST) February 2, 2009.
Your nomination must be submitted electronically using our online nomination form (see below).

We recommend that you draft your responses to the four nomination questions offline and then cut and paste them into the appropriate sections of the online form. If there is other information that you think would be helpful to our Admissions Committee, please feel free to include this as well.

ELAM is a core program of the Institute for Women's Health and Leadership at Drexel University College of Medicine, Philadelphia, Pa. The Institute continues the legacy of advancing women in medicine that began in 1850 with the founding of the Female Medical College of Pennsylvania, the nation's first women's medical school and a predecessor of today's Drexel University College of Medicine.
