RECOMMENDER GUIDELINES

Thank you for agreeing to submit a recommendation on behalf of your institution's ELAM candidate. Recommendations must be received in the ELAM office no later than 10:00 am (EST)on February 2, 2009.

Your recommendation must be submitted electronically using our online recommendation form (see below).

If at any time you have questions or concerns, please contact ELAM at 215-255-7309 or elam@drexelmed.edu.

We encourage you to review the following information before you begin your recommendation:

Answering the Recommendation Questions
We recommend that you draft your responses to the four recommendation questions offline and then cut and paste them into the appropriate sections of the online form. If there is more information that you think would be helpful to our Admissions Committee, please feel free to include this as well.

The Institute continues the legacy of advancing women in medicine that began in 1850 with the founding of the Female Medical College of Pennsylvania, the nation's first women's medical school and a predecessor of today's Drexel University College of Medicine.
