If medical school is in your future, the Drexel University College of Medicine Mini-Med Spring Break™ at Hahnemann University Hospital may be the edge you need to best prepare you for what's to come. This one-of-a-kind experience can open the door to enlighten you about your future career in medicine whether you are about to enter medical school or are just beginning the application process. 

During Mini-Med Spring Break™, the day starts early when you will accompany the teaching team and 3rd- and 4th-year medical students on hospital rounds. You will be a part of all discussions between physician, patient and medical student. Throughout the 5-day program you will also see patients in clinical practice, attend department lectures or go into the operating room. You will have the opportunity to talk with 3rd- and 4th-year medical students about their experiences preparing for medical school, what the first two years were like and what it's like now that they are out of the classroom and into the hospital.
