Mini-Med Summer Camp® curriculum incorporates 3 distinct components. We believe introducing a didactic, clinical and research component will introduce you to the full medical experience.
Mini-Med Summer Camp®
SAMPLE DAY
2009 Summer Session
July 6, 2009 - August 7, 2009
8:00 to 9:00 Morning Conference: Morning begins with a lecture presented by a Drexel University College of Medicine physician.
9:00 to 12:00 Clinical Rounds: Observe physician interaction with in-house hospital patients and discuss the case with the treating physicians.
12:00 to 1:00 Noon Conference: It is here where you will be presenting cases seen during morning rounds and discussing them in detail.
1:00 to 3:00 Clinic Hours: See patients along with the practicing physician during office hours.
3:00 to 4:00 Clinical Research Project: Review a protocol, do an experiment and write up your findings.
