Registration Information

 FALL OF 2009 ELIGIBLE APPLICANT MUST BE:
College Freshman
 OR
High School Junior or Senior

Tuition:  $2,500.00   

Mini-Medical School Must Receive the Following 
By March 2, 2009:

• Application form
• $500.00 application fee
• All application materials: letters of recommendation, transcripts and personal statement

The $500.00 application fee will be applied to the tuition if the applicant is accepted, or refunded in full if eligibility requirements are not met.
