How to Apply

Currently, two positions per academic year are being offered in this program.
Applications are welcomed from candidates completing their final year of surgical Residency as well as BC/BE surgeons who wish to acquire critical care training.

Selection Process

The requirements for application in the Surgical Critical Care Fellowship Program at Drexel University College of Medicine are as follows:
1. Applications are accepted through the mail and should be addressed to the Program Director, Lewis J. Kaplan, M.D., F.A.C.S.
2. Applications will be accepted from candidates completing their final year of Surgical Residency as well as BC/BE surgeons who wish to acquire critical care training
3. All applicants must fall under one of the following categories:
a. US Citizen
b. Permanent Resident
c. Eligible for a J-1 Visa*

*at this time we do not support any other visa category
