HAHNEMANN UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL (HUH)
Hahnemann University Hospital is a 636-bed tertiary referral center that is located in Center City Philadelphia. Between 500 and 600 cardiac cases are performed each year at HUH, including beating heart surgery, mitral valve repair through minimally invasive procedures, aortic operations, and operations for heart failure such as ventricular reconstruction, insertion of ventricular assist devices and cardiac transplantation. HUH is a level one trauma center, and is the home for programs in robotic surgery and abdominal organ transplantation.

ST. CHRISTOPHER’S HOSPITAL FOR CHILDREN
St. Christopher’s is a 183-bed pediatric specialty hospital in Philadelphia that provides high quality cardiac surgical care to a large number of patients every year.

HOSPITAL OF THE UNIVERSITY OF PENNSYLVANIA (HUP)
HUP is a large tertiary care hospital located in central Philadelphia. The thoracic surgical service is busy and provides care for a large number of patients with both benign and malignant thoracic surgical diseases.
