This office develops and maintains databases on curriculum content and outcome. It maintains a longitudinal database of medical student demographic and evaluation information. The office provides reports on curriculum and curriculum outcome to the Dean and to regulatory bodies, and is responsible for NBME examinations administered in the College of Medicine.

The Office of Student Affairs is comprised of Student Services, the Office of Diversity in Medicine, the Office of Academic Assessment and Enrichment and the Office of Special Student Services.

The Associate Dean, and selected staff in Student Affairs, are available and responsible for confidential counseling or referral regarding academic progress or personal problems. Student Affairs facilitates career choice and advising programs, prepares Dean's letters and letters of recommendation, and verifies academic standing for scholarships, supplemental educational programs and other student needs. Student Services coordinates the residency matching process and organizes milestone academic events. This office provides information and support services to students and student organizations and meets regularly with class and SGA officers.

The Office of Diversity in Medicine provides recruitment, advocacy and support for under-represented minority medical students. This includes both traditional minority students, as well as disadvantaged and rural students. The office coordinates special events and activities within the minority community, and works with medical student organizations and the University-wide community to insure that the learning environment is enriched and positive.

The Division of Clinical Education oversees and coordinates the schedules of the third year student clerkships and fourth year student electives. The staff helps students arrange electives within the Drexel University College of Medicine system and assists with the process of arranging elective courses not listed in the elective catalogues of Drexel University College of Medicine or at other medical schools. The office supports students from other medical schools seeking elective experiences at Drexel University College of Medicine.

This office provides confidential academic and personal counseling to all medical students and educational diagnostic testing when needed. It offers a number of support groups and provides services or referral for stress management and resolution of personal problems. Students may seek assistance identifying their learning styles, and/or analyzing their study skills and test taking techniques. The office provides individual and group tutoring free of charge. Students may request a tutor or inquire about becoming a peer tutor through the Director of Student Assessment and Enrichment Programs.

The Office of Community and Special Student Services, coordinates alcohol and other drug abuse awareness education. They are available to provide confidential services to students who think that they, a classmate, friend, or family member might have a problem with alcohol or other drug abuse or impairment. In addition to coordinating the Bridging the Gaps summer internship program, staff also organize student community service commitments and assist interested students of the Medical College in identifying and initiating community health projects.

This office provides support to faculty, students, and administration of the College of Medicine for the implementation and application of information resources and technology. It provides leadership concerning the use of technology in the educational and research activities of the College of Medicine, oversees the College of Medicine web sites, and serves as an ombudsman for the faculty, students, and administration of the College of Medicine with the leadership of the University's Information Resources and Technology Department.

This office assists students with the paperwork needed to obtain educational loans and scholarships. They provide budget planning, counseling and debt management recommendations after graduation. The office prepares a Financial Aid Handbook, which is distributed to all students.

The Office of Student Accounts works with students to help them manage their tuition and other miscellaneous bills. Student accounts assists student with the documentation needed to obtain health insurance and loan repayment in the event a student takes a leave of absence from medical school.
